The DGA runs Qiyas as the national index for digital transformation maturity. The 2026 cycle carries 10 perspectives, 24 axes, and 89 standards. We open with a gap analysis that labels each standard Full, Partial, Non-compliance, or Not applicable. A remediation plan with named owners and dates follows, then we carry the evidence pack through to formal assessment.
